Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • System checks and setup using industry standard tools
  • Accurate, concise and professional data entry into databases and systems
  • Liaise with customers at all levels
  • Provide support to your peers and contractor resource where required
  • Assistance with other roles may be requested to cover periods of absence and/ or for personal development
  • Completing QA checks on Microlise products and peripherals in customer assets
  • Work should be to an exceptional standard
  • Adhere to all internal process and procedures
  • Report on statistical information when required

Highly Desirable

  • Technical understanding of Vehicle Tracking Technologies and Solutions
  • Experience of working with Microsoft SQL
  • Able to identify Business Development opportunities
  • Experience of install, service and support of vehicle electronic equipment
  • Excited by emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of technical testing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrable experience of Service Level Agreements and Operational Schedules Previous experience within an administrative role, ideally within the Logistics, Fleet and Distribution industries Strong customer service skills with a professional approach Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adjust style to relevant audiences Flexible and willing to take on new challenges A strong drive to succeed and achieve your best Take pride in what you do ensuring quality and accuracy Logical approach to problem solving The desire for continued personal improvement Willingness to share knowledge Excellent organisational skills Flexible approach to working patterns and hours
