KPI reporting
Liaising with external temporary labour suppliers including hiring additional and releasing staff as required
Indirect procurement management: Ordering of products including labels, courier packaging and pallets etc.
Reporting data onto in house systems.
Filing, scanning and printing documents.
Answering internal and external calls
Any other adhoc duties which may be required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administration experience Ability to work well within a team Excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to organise and prioritise workload Previous knowledge of working with an ERP systems
