Job Description

Duties for this role include:

  • Assist management by participating in projects and be open minded towards change. 
  • Personnel reporting 
  • KPI reporting 
  • Liaising with external temporary labour suppliers including hiring additional and releasing staff as required 
  • Indirect procurement management: Ordering of products including labels, courier packaging and pallets etc.
  • Reporting data onto in house systems.
  • Filing, scanning and printing documents.
  • Answering internal and external calls
  • Any other adhoc duties which may be required. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administration experience  Ability to work well within a team  Excellent attention to detail  Good written and verbal communication skills  Ability to organise and prioritise workload  Previous knowledge of working with an ERP systems
