Responsibilities:
- Having experience dealing with members of the public over the phone
- Being able to be empathetic and supportive in different situations
- Be able to problem solve while on the phone
- Updating internal databases
- Producing reports
- Ensuring all reports have the correct customer information on
- Booking appointments with internal advisors
- Collecting all necessary personal information from customers
Salary: £8.72ph
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - Office based
