Job Description

Within this role you will be working with the service team you will be responsible for ordering parts, planning repeat visits and dealing with all related administration.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Planning and despatching work to various field teams
  • Making and taking direct calls from internal and external customers to ensure work schedules are produced and dispatched to field colleagues in compliance with service level agreements
  • Proactive and reactive planning and allocation of work including quick and effective issuing of all emergency/high priority work to operational resources within required timescales
  • Liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Delivering an effective and efficient work schedule for all planned and reactive work
  • Making the best use of resources available and maintain productivity
  • Ensuring appointments are planned and communicated to customer and field staff within SLA’s
  • Achieving the teams agreed performance targets and ensure SLA’s are met

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Planning, scheduling or administrator experience Excellent computer skills Customer telephone contact skills Problem-solving skills Experience of handling and processing manual or computerised information
