Dealing with general client administration including processing new business, from submission of application forms to receipt of fees.
Processing client withdrawals in a timely fashion.
Preparation of annual review packs for client meetings including valuations, FE Analytics data and historical fee information.
The role will also involve dealing with third party providers and communicating with the firm’s clients consequently the ability to communicate with confidence is paramount.
A good working knowledge and understanding of Windows including Word and Excel is essential.
Processing administrative changes to client portfolios so a prior knowledge of platforms and WRAP products is ideal, although further training can be provided.
Handling sensitive client data between different IT systems including Intelliflo.
The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and a good understanding of Financial Services products. You will be a highly organised, effective and forward thinking administrator.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will also have prior knowledge of research tools for example FE Analytics, Dynamic Planner, Cash Calc, Avelo Exchange giving you the ability to produce quotes and research for client meetings and data management. Whilst this would be ideal it is not essential as further training can be provided.
