Job Description

The role will involve:
• The effective management and progression of cases
• Providing administrative support to local advisors and service managers
• Monitoring case progression and updating relevant stakeholders
• Composing and sending letters
• Working with sensitive matters
• Problem solving daily and working on your own initiative
• Monitoring and ordering stock supplies when necessary
• Scheduling and booking meetings and sending invites
• Data entry and quality checking documents
• Working to timescales and deadlines


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• High attention to detail • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality • Good level of English language, spoken and written • Good knowledge of Microsoft office – Word, excel and outlook • Experience of working as part of a team
