Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Being responsible for new enquiries, and processing all leads as appropriate
Covering all administration roles
Providing all-rounder support to the office and covering where needed for holiday/sickness
Liaising with all departments to ensure that deadlines are met for new orders
Telephone communications with customers - dealing with queries
Follow ups with customers
Organising own-labelling for customers, over-seeing label amends and liaising with the label designers, ensuring that the customer's requirements are met
Provides necessary data for the Sales Director
Arrange appointments with clients
Managing enquiries and posting on social media channels
Updating website content as required
Managing promotions via mailing lists, newsletters and blogs
Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
Generate new leads and opportunities with key decision makers
Manage and arrange samples for customers liaising with the laboratory/warehouse.
