Job Description

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Being responsible for new enquiries, and processing all leads as appropriate
  • Covering all administration roles
  • Providing all-rounder support to the office and covering where needed for holiday/sickness
  • Liaising with all departments to ensure that deadlines are met for new orders
  • Telephone communications with customers - dealing with queries
  • Follow ups with customers
  • Organising own-labelling for customers, over-seeing label amends and liaising with the label designers, ensuring that the customer's requirements are met
  • Provides necessary data for the Sales Director
  • Arrange appointments with clients
  • Managing enquiries and posting on social media channels
  • Updating website content as required
  • Managing promotions via mailing lists, newsletters and blogs
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
  • Generate new leads and opportunities with key decision makers
  • Manage and arrange samples for customers liaising with the laboratory/warehouse.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication, clerical and keyboard skills Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Be able to multi-task Be a friendly, supportive individual and be able to work within a team A keen sense of customer service The ability to cope with the pressure of deadlines and be self-motivated.
