Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Responsible for processing the Company's weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for creating and maintaining employees' payroll records.
  • Processing of wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and earnings records.
  • SSP, SMP, SPP, Maternity and Paternity deductions.
  • Manual calculations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good working knowledge of all areas of Payroll. Payroll qualification advantageous Experience in processing high volume weekly payroll Able to carry out manual calculation; ITrent experience is essential.
