As a successful candidate you'll be taking ownership of all aspects of administration to efficiently and effectively high standard to assist with the day to day running of the home.
Role includes (but not limited to):
To provide all aspects of administrative support to the Home including typing, faxing/scanning, photocopying, maintaining appointment diaries, dealing with post and circulating information.
To act friendly and professional as a general front of house member of staff to welcome all visitors and ensure that the respective signing in procedure is followed.
To deal with a range of clients and callers by telephone or face to face assessing the extent and urgency of their needs and referring on as appropriate and taking clear and accurate messages. To liaise with staff and other agencies in accordance with service requirements.
Have the ability to be able to communicate clearly, effectively and confidently.
To attend residents, staff and HR meeting and take notes accurately as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Care Home environment in an administrative position Excellent communicational skills Ability to work under pressure ad with a varied work load Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people Have a keen eye for detail and exceptional level of accuracy
