Job Description

As a successful candidate you'll be taking ownership of all aspects of administration, enquires and customer service to assist Office Manager on efficiently and effectively running the day to day of the office.

Along with working in a friendly environment, you will:

  • Continue to monitor and update data records in line with company processes and procedures so that the data available to the management team is accurate
  • To deal with a range of clients and callers by telephone assessing the extent and urgency of their needs and referring on as appropriate and taking clear and accurate messages.
  • Cleanse the current database to ensure client and introducer data is consistent across the business
  • To provide all aspects of administrative support including typing, faxing/scanning, photocopying, maintaining appointment diaries, dealing with post and circulating information.
  • Respond positively to new initiatives and process that are brought into practice
