Job Description

The person we are looking for will need to have at least 2 year experience in an office environment and will enjoy getting involved in a wide variety of administrative duties to support the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Extremely accurate and timely entry of all financial data into Xero.
Raise customer invoices in conjunction with the Contracts Manager
Manage the service schedule
Filing of paperwork
Answering the phone and directing calls.
Logging new enquiries.
Assisting with the Installations workflow.
Maintaining Company and Customer confidentiality.
Working with the Servicing Manager to assist with managing the admin and invoicing
General tasks and assistance for Senior Management Team.
Other general office duties.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 2 year experience in an office environment. (Preferable) A numerate and accurate individual. A positive and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative Willingness to work alone or in a team. Excellent customer and communication skills Excellent written and spoken English Experience with Xero is desirable but not essential as training can be provided. Working knowledge of word, excel and outlook
