The key function is to assist the business with day to day administrative control of the business.
Main Responsibilities
Management and distribution of incoming and outgoing post
Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and following through where required
Greet any visitors to the office in a professional manner and provide refreshments where appropriate
Business Travel - organise, monitor, and record travel requirements in conjunction with our external provider and internal policy, this includes air, rail, hotels, etc.
Administration support to the Learning and Development function
Maintain the office filing / archiving system in both hard and electronic format
Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office
Diary co-ordination for the meeting conference rooms
Work I line with all company policies and procedures
Recording enquiries onto the customer management system
Organise customer / supplier collection and deliveries
Provide confidential administrative support to the business, ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively
Prepare and distribute reports and management data on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
Stationery - ensure all stationery is well stocked and ordered promptly and efficiently
Qualifications/education required:
Minimum Grade C GCSE in Maths and English Language Skills & Apprenticeship
Training:
The candidate will be working towards an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 with the option of moving onto Level 3......
