We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the commissioning directorate. This role requires the provision of an efficient and effective administrative service to Adult Acute and Community Services team within the commissioning directorate.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will need to have proven experience of producing accurate notes/ minutes of formal meetings as this is a large element of the role with these meetings taking place either in-house or externally. They should have experience of working in a busy administrative environment and have excellent organizational, communications and diary management skills. It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent computer skills and a wide knowledge of most Microsoft packages especially outlook, word and excel. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under their own initiative, be flexible and have a conscientious approach to their work, with the willingness to learn new skills.
