Role and Responsibilities for the position of Office Manager:
PA and Administrative support to the Head Teacher
Overseeing the reception area and ensuring the security of the school is maintained at all times
Liaison with parents whether that be via post/email/newsletter/website
HR administration
Supporting the Admissions Team with events such as parents evenings
Management of SIMS database and reporting on absenteeism
Ordering stock for classrooms
Organizing staff training courses
First Aid administration
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High standard of education; A levels/Degree ideally Exceptional Administration/Office Management experience Experience of SIMS data management PA/Secretarial skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to minute meetings would be ideal Previous experience working within a school or educational facility highly desirable Flexibility when required to work additional hours i.e at Parents Evening etc.
