Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant/PA. This role will suit a full time superstar Administrator. You will be a smart and technically savvy professional who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. This role is critical to supporting two very busy Senior Managers.
Your key responsibilities:
Supporting two Senior Managers
Generating reports
Arranging team meetings and events
Circulating company documentation
Assisting the accounts department
Money laundering checks
Maintaining internal systems
Typing and sending letters
Minute taking
Setting up new clients on the system
Diary management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have at least 2 years' experience in administration ideally within an accounting practice PA experience supporting Senior Managers Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude" Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience in using XERO, Iris or Sage would be highly regarded, although not essential.
