As a Transport Accounts Administrator you will be liaising daily with a variety of internal and external haulage customers. The role will report into the Logistics Office Manager and Transport Manager in turn. You will be responsible for managing the following key areas of business:
Administration of haulier paperwork and day-to-day auditing.
Chasing non-payment and PO numbers to ensure effective financial records.
General haulier and customer queries via telephone, email and in-person.
Formulating invoicing and POD requests for hauliers and delivery drivers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Available for a 9 month FTC contract. Experience in a Transport or Logistics office. Added experience within a financial administration setting would be advantageous. Experience managing customer accounts and providing excellent service. A keen eye for detail within accounts and administration. Accounts payable experience would be desirable.
