Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated Recruitment administrative tasks to support the Talent Team.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient administration for all recruitment activities
  • Partner Talent Acquisition Manager Team in all aspects of the recruitment process from authorization to closure of vacancy and to facilitate a smooth operational relationship with third party suppliers and candidates, escalating issues to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Managing of the inboxes, liaising with departments in HR if need be.
  • Responding to recruitment queries from the recruitment inbox including responding to all speculative applications
  • Ensure job adverts are placed on relevant job boards and proactively source CV’s from job sites when required.
  • Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties or requests in order to support the HR/Talent Team.
  • Liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies to organize interviews.
  • Supporting hiring managers prepare for interviews and assessment centers.
  • Send out Offer of Employment emails and rejections to all applicants and close down vacancies.
  • Administration of the recruitment systems, Nex Gen and Day One.
  • Linking candidates to talent pools
  • Maintain accurate & current data in the systems, audit compliant.
  • Manage data relating to Recruitment, including Organization charts, Recruitment reporting, MI etc.
  • Data cleansing exercises including; going through current PSL Agencies and updating details and Terms of Business, ensuring Nex Gen and Day One are audit compliant.
  • Checking completion of interview notes and ensuring correct candidates offered positions in a timely manner
  • Produce daily weekly reports through Day One to meet MI Data demands within the business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven work experience of at least 2 years in an admin role Experience of working in the Retail Sector Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting. Experience using various interview formats (e.g. telephone, group, and assessment days). Experience liaising with third party suppliers, Agencies and Job Boards Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases. Good understanding of excel and all Microsoft packages Experience of V look-ups and MI Data abstraction Be very much into the detail and have good organizational skills The ability to work remotely and be comfortable with be managed remotely for a period of time. Well organized with excellent time management skills and an ability to priorities and work on own initiative Proven successful experience of dealing with recruitment at varying levels Problem solving skills and analytical skills Resilience and ability to work under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
