The main duties of the role are as follows:
" Creating and updating of records using the in-house system
" Dealing with customers via telephone and email
" Printing and dispatch of court orders and court based papers
" General administration duties as required

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
" Computer Literate " Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel " Have excellent communication skills " Have an understanding of Data Protection " Be able to work to your own initiative " Be able to handle challenging calls
