Job Description

Role profile:

  • Providing and building excellent customer service relationships both internally and externally, ensuring that you adhere to policy and procedural guidelines
  • Ensure administration is accurately entered and maintained to ensure customer data is protected
  • Work with other teams and departments to ensure business objectives are met
  • Carry out requests in an accurate and timely manner
  • Undertake any other duties or projects as and when required
