Job Description

The client is looking for something with extremely strong Administration and communication skills, has strong attention to details and all-round good IT skills.
Responsibilities:
- Creating content for website products
- Maintaining and updating product lines
- Ensuring all internal CRM system is fully updated
- Managing deliveries
- Supporting with stock updates onto company website
- Updating Amazon & eBay with stock numbers as and when needed
- Monthly analysis of key performance metrics of sales, returns, and margin
- Processing customer orders


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have previous e-commerce experience - Strong communications skills both verbally and written - Be very organised - Be very IT literate - Experience with different retailers
