Job Description
Contract: Full-Time & Permanent Position

Our client provides facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They have revenues in excess of £1.8bn and a reputation for being the best in their business

Job Objectives

Working as part of a team to successfully deliver the Measurement and Verification of Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs). This will involve being a lead point of contact for the team and ensuring that the submission of all audit evidence is timely and accurate.

Responsibilities 

* Responsible for helping ensure that all energy related audit evidence is accurate and contractually compliant
* Provide administrative support for associated M&V processes ensuring SLAs are met
* Ensuring documents are of the highest quality through proofreading
* Coordinate responses to auditor queries liaising with relevant stakeholders including Energy Managers, M&V Managers and Project Delivery
* Support the M&V Managers with basic analysis of data and production of reports
* Maintain and update internal records and sites lists as necessary

Person Specification

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong experience of using MS Office packages, especially Excel
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to interpret contractual processes and ensure they are being followed
* Ability to work to plan and prioritise own workload
* A broad understanding of energy conservation / low carbon measures would be of benefit

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Highly organised, Attention to detail, Experience using MS Office, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Ability to work to plan and prioritize
