You will be liaising with the general public and scheduling engineers out to jobs ensuring everything is logged onto their internal system.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with any enquirers from clients
- Organisation with engineers for the jobs
- Scheduling engineers diary's on a day to day basis
- Logging issues onto the internal CRM system
- Informing clients of any changes to their account
- Working a enquiry from beginning to end
Working hours: Flexible - 6 hours per day
The client offers on site parking and within local proximity to local amenities
