Job Description
Our client, an Architectural practice based in Tower Bridge, is looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their team until October 2017.

Duties to include:

- Answer incoming calls / direct as required

- Welcome visitors to studio

- Set up meeting rooms

- Organise company calendar

- Order stationary / office supplies

- Company inbox management

- Document control

- Ad-hoc administration as required

THREE DAYS PER WEEK - MONDAY, TUESDAY AND FRIDAY (DESIRABLE).

DOCUMENT CONTROL EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE.

Previous experience within a creative environment is desirable.

YOU MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.
