The role is part time either 5 mornings or c. 3 full days per week. Our client can be flexible as to how the hours are split.
The role will incorporate the following elements:
* Bookkeeping
* Purchase Ledger
* Sales Ledger
* Credit Control
* Management Reports including analysis as requested
* Accounts to Trial Balance
* VAT returns (including partial exemption)
* Payroll (10 staff)
* Monthly management accounts.
* Year End duties
* Any other ad-hoc administration tasks.
* The company utilises SAGE 50 for Accounts.
* The salary on offer is £12.50-£13.00 per hour pro-rata for 20-25 hours per week, full-time equivalent = £25K (depending on experience).
