We are recruiting an experienced Business Administrator for a leading construction brokers who offer procurement solutions for construction companies within the UK.
The main purpose of the role is to deal with enquiries internally and externally, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, carrying out daily administrative duties and supporting the team where required.
As a Administrator, your main responsibilities will be to: * Faxing, filing and emailing documents to customers and suppliers * Dealing with telephone queries * Contacting customers and suppliers * Data inputting * Negotiating with suppliers over prices and quoting clients from those prices * Conduct other tasks required by the Manager
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: * Previous experience within Administration * Telephone manner * Professional * Excellent communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * IT Literate e.g. able to use Microsoft Packages * Ability to work within a team and use own initiative when required
