This is a multifaceted property company that operates in all sectors of letting, development and construction.

Responsibilities/Skills

• Managing a small team, including accounts assistants, ledger clerk etc
• Lead month end reporting process through the collation and production of M.I
• Day to day accounts duties including processing payments,bank reconciliation 
• VAT,CIS and Payroll
• Budgeting, Forecasting, cost -benefit analysis, cash flow forecasting 
• Credit Control
• Risk Management
• Support the general admin team 
• A qualified accountant ACCA/ACA/CIMA-5years experience
• Highly proficient on Sage 50 and the Microsoft Office applications ,especially Excel
• Proven ability for motivation, commitment ,organisation and working with limited supervision.
• Hours of work 8.30am to 5.30pm
• 28 days holiday
