Responsibilities:
Accurate recording and verification of payroll information
The processing of data including the input standing and variable data into iTrent
Manual calculation of time sheets & overtime claims
The calculation and input of car allowance payments
The calculation and payment of emergency pays
The responsibility for maintaining and scanning of all payroll information in to the corporate Electronic Document Management (EDM) system.
To deal with queries from employees and employing departments
To comply with the relevant sections of the Authority's policy statement on Health, Safety and Welfare at Work.
To adhere to the principles of the Corporate Equality Policy and ensure commitment to anti-discriminatory practice.
