* Taking the lead of all Employee relations, overseeing the HR officer and being the point of contact for any escalations
* Stakeholder management
* Business partnering with a range of different business areas, forming relationships and providing sound advice on a variety of cases
* Working on a range of HR projects
* Supporting with any change initiatives across the organisation including restructures and redundancies
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for a driven, hungry and ambitions individual who is looking for the next step in their career, between being an adviser and managing a team. You will be offer experience but be willing to learn at the same time. You must hold a CIPD qualification and have at least 5 years experience as a HR adviser within a busy environment.
