Reporting to an personable and impressive Finance Manager the successful candidates responsibilities will include:-
Purchase ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit control; to process purchase invoices and input codes onto the system.
Daily banking transactions and update the Cash book
Processing expenses, petty cash, commission and monthly cheque runs
Update the cash book and banking of cheques
Posting of Receipts to Sage
Ad Hoc duties as needed in hands on finance team
The successful Finance Assistant must have previous Finance experience and be Qualified AAT or actively studying. Experience of Sage is advantageous but not essential.
