Your new role
You'll work across the HR remit but with the majority of work on managing employee relations casework. You'll advise managers and employees on sickness absence, disciplinaries, grievances, undertake investigations etc. you'll have guidance and support on the specific policies of the organisation but will be comfortable "hitting the ground running" in regards to the process.
