Job Description

Your new role
You'll work across the HR remit but with the majority of work on managing employee relations casework. You'll advise managers and employees on sickness absence, disciplinaries, grievances, undertake investigations etc. you'll have guidance and support on the specific policies of the organisation but will be comfortable "hitting the ground running" in regards to the process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You'll need good HR / ER experience, be comfortable in dealing with a range of employees and managers, remotely. You'll need to work from home to begin with so will have space in order to work in your home. You'll have responsibility for managing your workload and time, so strong time management and prioritisation skills are a must. Once lockdown eases, you'll need access to your own car and have a driving licence so that you can visit sites for face to face work. Mileage will be paid. You'll also be CIPD qualified.
