Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced social work Team Manager in Adult Social Care to manage a team of social workers and care navigators in a busy Integrated Community Care Hub.

They must be able to quality assure work to a high standard. Have sound knowledge of integration of Health and Care.

The person must have sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Safeguarding, transitions, CHC and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The person must able to work as part of a management group across all ICCT's as required. The person must have vast experience of managing staff, HR procedures and undertaking supervision with staff. Have regular team meetings with staff.
