Job Description

This role is divers and will include the below, although this is not extensive it should give you an Insight to the role:

• Support the Senior Leadership Team in the operational planning and budgeting of the delivery work. Liaise with the finance team and delivery teams as required.

• Process weekly/monthly payroll, deal with payroll and pension enquiries.

• Manage the contractual relationships for any charity functions that involve outsourced services including Employment Law, Marketing and IT.

• As part of the Senior Leadership Team, implement and maintain the human resources strategic plan and proactively manage the function.

• Ensure all recruitment and employment is carried out

• Implement, monitor and review training and development plans for all staff so that staff can meet their departmental and strategic objectives.

• Monitor, review and address personnel under performance, maintaining appropriate records in accordance with company procedures.

• Ensure that the appropriate systems and processes are in place to measure and manage staff performance and to coach and develop a high-performance workforce.

• Implement and monitor the Quality Standards across the charity.

• Monitor service activity to ensure that the appropriate delivery methods are employed, and that sufficient due care is taken in order to meet the client’s needs and quality specifications.

• Develop, implement and maintain electronic and paper-based office information management systems in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.

• Oversee Health and Safety across the organisation, providing training as required and signing off on risk assessments.

• Ensure all office premises and equipment are suitable for use.

• Provide project support to the delivery teams through staff team.

• Provide comprehensive executive support for the CEO and the Board,

• Line manage a team of support staff.

Benefits:

• A competitive salary of up to £31,000 pro rata

• 37.5 hours per week – Mon - Fri

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Office management / Project management experience • Experience within HR • An understanding of H&S • Ability to manage coach and develop teams • A strong communicator with leadership experience • Any Prince2, IOSH, CIPD qualifications would be beneficial • Must drive and have full time access to a car – due to multisite operation
