Job Description

To deliver a high quality social work service to people who are deemed vulnerable or needing support.

To assist in achieving the strategic aims of both Conwy and Denbighshire Youth Justice Service and Youth Justice Board through the identification, assessment and provision of services to children and young people at risk of offending or those who are already, by their behaviour, within the criminal justice system, and aim to reduce reoffending as defined within the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
