Job Description

Experienced social work Team Manager is required in Adult Social Care to manage a team of social workers and care navigators in a busy Integrated Community Care Hub. The person must able to work as part of a management group across all ICCT's as required. The person must have vast experience of managing staff, HR procedures and undertaking supervision with staff. Have regular team meetings with staff. They must be able to quality assure work to a high standard. Have sound knowledge of integration of Health and Care. The person must have sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Safeguarding, transitions, CHC and the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Must be able to respond to complaints in a timely manner. Write reports as required and perform any other duties as requested by senior manager within their role of Team Manager.
