Managing a team of support staff whilst overseeing key functions such as HR, Payroll, Health and Safety, Admin support, Marketing, Asset and Facility Management, the Head of Operational Support will be adept at managing multiple demands, conflicting priorities and an ever-changing task list to fully support the effectiveness and efficiency of the group.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for organising and coordinating the central office operations, utilising staff resources efficiently based on the requirements of the business at any given time and providing clear direction, strategy, support and guidance not only in their own area of work and wider. A leader in quality processes and procedures, the Head of Operational Support will proactively seek opportunities for improvement and implement change, whilst ensuring that the "business as usual" service provision continues.
