Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, professional individual to provide a business focused compliance and administration auditing service on all funded provision to ensure we are compliant with company and funding rules. Working within the Performance and Quality department, as an internal Compliance Auditor you will contribute to the development, performance, and maintenance of compliance activities of the organisation with the responsibility for assuring the day to day compliance activities are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

You will have an excellent work ethic, eye for detail, be able to prioritise you own tasks and activities. You will offer advice and guidance to colleagues in relation to compliance across all our apprenticeships, ESF, short duration and commercial courses. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of the funding rules and the monitoring guidance set out by the ESFA and Ofsted.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Able to reflect and make evaluative judgements on performance Have clear and concise communications skills Understand the requirements as set out by Ofsted and the ESFA Have worked previously in a similar role or have auditing experience Had previous experience writing reports Have a very good understanding stakeholder funding rules i.e. Ofsted, ESF Be able to understand the compliance requirements of any new funding rules
