Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Work across the organisations to investigate and manage non-conformities, identify the cause and effectively find solutions to reduce them
- Oversee quality control with management duties for Quality Controllers across goods in and goods out, ensuring all products meet highest standards
- To work across all levels of the business to continuously improve processes and efficiency
- Manage the monitoring, measurements, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organisation's products
- Work closely alongside the R&D team for investigation and resolution of any production issues
- Ensure that the organisation's Quality Management System aligns with ISO9001, customer and legal requirements
- Be point of contact for suppliers and customers
- To gather, compile and interpret quality data, making recommendations to the management team in relation to actions required
- Keep up to date with relevant standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product quality
- Confidently deal with any problems that could cause quality concerns, collaborating proactively with other departments recommend and resolve issues
