Take a leadership role in any external quality complaints and support positive management of the customer relationship over any quality issues that may occur.
Ensure that the QMS is aligned with the strategic direction of the business
Provide guidance on matters such as compliance & industry best practices
Drive a culture of learning, continuous improvement & best practice across the site, researching and reviewing customer feedback and using this to inform quality processes and decisions.
Be accountable for the delivery of internal and external audit programmes
Manage the implementation of projects especially new business onboarding (customers or products)
Own and develop the management of change process
Actively manage timely and accurate KPI reporting to main customers to help bolster strong working relationships
Support achievement of customers' requirements and satisfaction of products & services
Evaluate new and existing suppliers
Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (35 hour week, some flexibility in start/finish times)

Have proven Quality experience in manufacturing, with an emphasis on customer focus and process improvement – experience within a BRC environment would be of great interest to the client You will have worked for a flexible plastic packaging business Have hands on experience in the lamination process Ideally degree educated Be an experienced quality auditor working to ISO 9001(2015)
