This role will include entering of stock counts, corresponding with customers in relation to access and safety issues highlighted, point of contact for driver queries, dealing with internal queries, reconciling and filing previous days delivery loads amending database as required, administering driver payroll, relevant driver paperwork and legislation and calling customers to confirm access for appointments. Weekend and evening on call via rota, laptop and phone provided while on call.
You will be working Monday to Friday, but some Saturdays may be required, 37.5hours per week. Earliest start is 7:00 and latest finish 6pm
