Job Description

Description of Project Requirements, Tasks & Deliverables:

As PA, you will be required to manage diary, book meetings, organise and book travel and accommodation, check and process expense claims.

In addition, as a key part of admin support you will also be required, through a portal and engagement with stakeholders, to organise international travel/accommodation arrangements for MD, senior and project related employees.

The support to Commercial Operations Manager covers a range of activities including; setting up and processing invoices in SAP, tracking H&S assessments, booking meetings, updating documents.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous PA and Admin support is essential, experience of organising and booking international travel would be beneficial.
