As an Administrator, you will deliver planned performance and service standards to ensure customers are provided with an excellent customer experience in addition to being innovative and proactive. Experience dealing within the insurance industry is desirable but not essential.
Some of your daily duties will include:
Providing a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards clients
Handling relevant enquiries from client's/insurance companies' queries
Deal with diaries generated by system and make contact with clients/insurance companies
Deal with all enquiries arising out of clients paying their premiums by direct debit.
Administration processing, liaising with insurers, finance firms.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience dealing within the insurance industry is desirable but not essential.
