We are looking for an organised individual, who has previous experience within an Admin role, preferably at a Senior Level. Your day to day duties may vary, but will include the following;
- Complete diary management, including booking and reviewing appointments by liaising with team members.
- Inputting data into computer systems.
- Managing costings and savings using a spreadsheet.
- Running reports, including finance and data, and presenting to relevant parties.
- Communicate regularly by telephone and emails to deliver information to the team as and when required.
- Minute taking at meetings.
- General Admin tasks including equipment ordering and stationery requests.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
