Additional key requirements include:
Experience of working in service sector, in regular contact with the public
Excellent knowledge and experience of voids/ repairs / building techniques
Processing of orders and invoices
Record keeping and monitoring
Skilled in the use of a range of computer and IT applications such as Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
Experience of working with external contractors with detailed record keeping of their activity
Organisational skills and time management in order to meet deadlines
Strong level of detail and accuracy
