Buying Administrator - Wine
Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Assistant - Procurement on Product Setup of New Product Development and Vendor administration.
- Liaise with the Assistant - Procurement and the ASDA customer planning team on descriptions for
Point of sale, ASDA Magazine, ASDA Marketing assistance & ASDA Press tastings.
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Support on Benchmarking process.
- Support on Award entry and coordination.
- Project work as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Suitable experience working in an office based/administrative environment. Must be an advocate for delivering outstanding customer service. Retail experience. Exceptional communication skills. Strong IT skills. Good attention to detail. Wine Knowledge/interest in wine (desirable)
