Who you are?

You will have the experience or ability to work in a face paced, varied environment and display time management skills to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Chief Business Development Officer
  • Provide general administrative support to the new build and acquisitions team
  • Act as first point of contact for the businesses new business enquiries which includes but are not exclusive to developments and acquisitions
  • Undertake market & competitor analysis
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Coordinate ongoing projects
  • Liaise, maintain and develop relationships with key contacts and stakeholders
  • Support the management of contracts
  • Work with other teams for cross-departmental work

Advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
