Key Responsibilities
Reports to the Chief Business Development Officer
Provide general administrative support to the new build and acquisitions team
Act as first point of contact for the businesses new business enquiries which includes but are not exclusive to developments and acquisitions
Undertake market & competitor analysis
Managing databases and filing systems
Coordinate ongoing projects
Liaise, maintain and develop relationships with key contacts and stakeholders
Support the management of contracts
Work with other teams for cross-departmental work
