What will I be doing?
You will form part of a team contributing to the achievement of Yorkshire Housing’s corporate objectives to deliver excellent services which when measured are top quartile ratings in customer satisfaction, embedding good practice and identifying areas for improvement in our gas services.
Planning and scheduling of compliance works (e.g. Gas Safety checks, unvented cylinder checks etc), ensuring they are efficiently and effectively adhering to all internal policies, processes and procedures. This will involve liaising and coordination with various stakeholders
Ensuring the customer is informed of any changes to scheduling/planning and that alternative options are presented so the property stays compliant at all times. Internally, you will ensure all diaries are up to date with all training, sickness and holiday periods and any other relevant information required for effective planning.
You will produce and present regular and ad-hoc reports on compliance activities and KPI’s ensuring all data is accurate and up to date and presented in an understandable format.
