Business Office Administrator
Job Description
You will work as part of a busy team contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the hospital. Responsibilities include recording theatre charges on the system, contacting patients by telephone to take and process payments, daily posting of cash and credit card transactions as well as dealing with day to day queries in an efficient and professional manner.
Working Hours: 37.5
Contract Type: Fixed term. Minimum 3 months.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Applicants should be numerate with a keen attention to detail, able to work well as part of a team as well as on their own initiative. A friendly, can-do attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential. Applicants will need to have excellent organization, administration and communication skills with the ability to deal with internal and external customers at all levels. You will need to be PC literate with experience of working on a range of applications, ideally with knowledge of SAP. Experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial but by no means necessary as full training will be provided Be able to work well as part of a team
