Plan and co-ordinate maintenance contracts ensuring all servicing is planned economically in line with the businesses contractual obligations
Monitor the return of paperwork and quotations from engineers, contractors and clients and ensure all correspondence is saved in the correct company format
Raise purchase and rental orders as directed by the project delivery team – monitor the orders to ensure that invoice queries are closed out in a timely manner
Effectively plan engineers diaries, minimize travel and maximize output
Verify operatives timesheets against job diaries and vehicle trackers and input onto internal system to agreed timescales
Ensure all internal systems and extremal client portals are updated within agreed timescales.
Maintain a high level of communication with other departments within the company.
Ensure administration work is consistently completed accurately and on time and in accordance with appropriate statutory, regulatory and company procedures and deadlines.
Effective standardised filing across all areas of the departments
Work with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
Support business to meet targets and deadlines
Carry out other ad hoc duties within responsibility

The position will be based out of the Wakefield office.
