What I need to do
- Able to access required data and operate in accordance with transport legislation, transport systems and transport policies.
- Ensures relevant information relating to transport legislation is available in a timely manner and highlighted at the appropriate level.
- Can input to, use and report from all relevant systems.
- Produces transport data to inform decisions.
- Demonstrates an understanding of relevant legislation and works within site compliance, e.g. drivers hours and working time directive
- Inputs to and produces accurate colleague hour’s information.
- Maintains accurate filing and printing routines.
- Liaises with support and external functions to achieve results, e.g. agencies, suppliers.
- Communicates in a timely and effective way, using a variety of methods including telephone, face-to-face or email.
- Supports the site regarding activity in the local community

What I need to know
- Ability to use a range of systems, including Microsoft Office, Tachomaster, Isotrak, SMART etc.
- Ability to translate data into reports, formats or summaries
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to priorities workload
- Ability to positively embrace new ways of working
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to generate ideas regarding improvements and make recommendations
